Refund Policy

At Bablu Printing Press, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the customized nature of printing services, our refund policy is outlined below.


Customized & Printed Products

Most of our products are customized according to customer requirements (design, text, size, quantity, paper quality, etc.). Once an order is approved and sent for printing:

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind.
  • Refunds are not applicable once printing has started.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a printing defect caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A reprint of the affected items, or
  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins. Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once printing has started, cancellations are not permitted.


Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Bablu Printing Press is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong contact details, or incorrect design approvals.

In such cases, refunds or reprints will not be provided.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original method of payment.
